I mean we all love chocolate and going out for dinner but in case you need some other non-cheesy Valentines Day ideas here ya go:
-Go out to eat the day before or after: typically on Valentines Day resturants have a set menu and upcharge. So going the day before or after you can get great food at a normal price 😉
-Go for a coffee date in the morning! I would take coffee and bagels over dinner and chocolate anyway. 😉
-Wine tasting: grab your girlfriends or partner and hit up the closest wine bar or vineyard! So fun and you get to drink wine…. Don’t think this needs any more explanation.
-Spa day / weekend: Last year Luke and I had no plans so we called up Sundara Spa and they had a couple openings and it was perfect. Relaxing and getting pampered. Self love together on Valentines Day? Pretty much the perfect combination
-Stay home and cook: Growing up my mom would always make spaghetti and meatballs and these breaksticks we only got that one day a year. It was a fun little tradition and something to do if you have kids or just want to have a cozy night in
-Cozy Night in: Find a movie (great list here) or play some video games while relaxing in your very own cozy living room…. To make you living room cozy throw all the blankets and pillows you own on the floor, light some candles or turn on the fake ones and bam – cozy 😉
Hope these help you plan a great Valentines Day!
